Part of the renovation of the Inter IKEA Systems B.V. office, this was an experimental space to fulfill the collaborate principle of the design concept.

To encourage a more active and dynamic working environment, various forms of seating were specified to encourage shorter sitting times. Both the horizontal surfaces of the tables and the vertical surfaces of the walls were cladded with a magnetic whiteboard laminate to accommodate a variety of brainstorming activities. The custom designed tables aremodular as well to cater to various group sizes.

The Office Studio became so well-used that noise levels became an issue in the open office.
